Each month, Toastmasters Bay to Bay features a club from our District. This month, our featured club is Early Risers Club of Palo Alto who celebrated their 50th Anniversary on September 30th. Toastmasters interested in taking part in future programs are asked to please email lget@d4tm.org. All Toastmasters are invited to participate. District 4 Mission The Mission of the District is to enhance the performance and extend the network of Clubs, thereby offering greater numbers of people the opportunity to benefit from the Toastmasters educational program, by: • Focusing on the critical success factors as specified by the District educational and membership goals. • Insuring that each Club effectively fulfills its responsibilities to its individual members. • Providing effective training and leadership development opportunities for Club and District Officers.
