"One Member One Goal"

The heavy lifting has begun.

As your District 4 Lieutenant Governor of Education and Training, one of my goals for 2008-2009 is to strive to have every club and every member benefit from our Toastmasters Education Programs. If we could get each member to commit to achieving just one goal in this Toastmasters year, I have no doubt that each member who accept that challenge will be transformed from the Toastmaster they are today, to the Toastmaster they would like to become. I am committed to providing direction and counsel to all Division Governors, Area Governors, Club Officers and Members to help them achieve their personal goals. I firmly believe that when you pursue your goals and distinguish yourself as a Toastmaster, that creates a ripple effect. Eventually your Area, Division and District will in turn be recognized as Distinguished. Distinguishing yourself as a Toastmaster can be easily achieved by following the program. Make a copy of the "One Member One Goal "(32k doc) contract today and begin the process of becoming the Toastmaster you would like to be.
