Club Events Calendar for Members and Guests

This page lists special club events that may be of interest to members of other clubs, or to guests who would like to visit or join a Toastmasters club.

Clubs wishing to have their event posted should submit it in the form of a flyer. Specialty clubs wishing to be listed should submit their meeting dates (actual dates, not meeting frequency) along with a descriptive flyer. (To post information about Area, Division, or District contests and trainings, please use our Event Posting Form.)

Note: Our District has more than 200 clubs between San Francisco and the Monterey - Salinas region. Most of the clubs have speech contests twice a year, during February and August. Please refer to our District 4 Clubs page if you would like to find and attend a club's contests.

Flyers can be accepted in Word (doc), PowerPoint (ppt) or Acrobat (pdf) format. Word and PowerPoint files will be converted to Acrobat PDFs before posting. Note that non-standard fonts should not be used on flyers as they will not display properly on PCs without the fonts installed.

Suggestions for your information are at the bottom of the Event Posting Form.
