Club Officer Elections In May, clubs elect new officers for the term which begins July 1. Officer list should then be updated in the Club Business Section on the Toastmasters International website. Club Officer Training Club officer training will be offered through out District 4 during the months of June, July and August. The schedule available here will be updated periodically. District 4 Mission The Mission of the District is to enhance the performance and extend the network of Clubs, thereby offering greater numbers of people the opportunity to benefit from the Toastmasters educational program, by: • Focusing on the critical success factors as specified by the District educational and membership goals. • Insuring that each Club effectively fulfills its responsibilities to its individual members. • Providing effective training and leadership development opportunities for Club and District Officers.
