It's easy to get started in the Club Ambassador Program. Become a guest, a representative and a future leader, simply by stepping outside your club and visiting another club.
Benefits to Toastmasters who participate in the Club Ambassador Program include:

To participate, simply attend a meeting outside your club, complete the Club Ambassador form making note of three unique observations during the visit, and the form to CAP Director, Vaishali

District Leader Nominations and Applications
We are now accepting nominations for appointed District Officer
positions. For role descriptions and qualifications, refer to this Call for Nominations.
Candidates for appointed positions - District Secretary, Treasurer, and
Area Governors - must submit their nomination form (download Word doc) and
release by
May 18th. Appointments will be made by the newly-elected District Governor
in early June.
Candidates for elected positions (Top 4 officers and Division Governors)
attended Nominating Committee interviews on Saturday March 17th.
Elections were held at the Spring Conference on May
12.
Mandatory District Leader training will be held on June 23 and July 21
- please plan to attend both dates if you are applying!

clubs with 13 to 20 members grow beyond.
How do you benefit? If you want to do an HPL (High Performance Leadership), but dont have a project then this is the one for you! You can put your great skills as a Toastmaster to work and help a club on building
and promoting their club by becoming a Club Fitness Leader. If your club

Clubs should be electing officers for the term which begins July 1 and submitting the new club officer list to Toastmasters International before the June 30 deadline.
Training for club officers will be conducted throughout District 4 beginning in June. Information about the trainings and TLIs will be posted on the Training Schedule page soon.
